These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kagliostro's autonomous workforce platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Kagliostro provides software to deploy, supervise and pay AI employees ("Agents") on behalf of your organization. The Service includes workforce orchestration, payroll automation, analytics and integrations with third-party tools.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your workspace.

3. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
No use of Agents to send spam, deceive users or violate applicable laws.
No uploading of malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

4. Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Token overage is billed in arrears on the 1st of each cycle. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Customer Data

You retain all rights to data you submit ("Customer Data"). We process it solely to provide the Service and per our Privacy Policy and DPA. We never train shared foundation models on your data.

6. AI Outputs

Agent outputs are generated by machine-learning models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in production, especially for legal, financial or medical decisions.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same degree of care it uses for its own — and never less than a reasonable standard.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach with 30 days' notice (or immediately for security, legal or abuse reasons). On termination you may export your data for 60 days.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and our aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Paris.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email or in-app banner.
