- Scan systems you are not authorized to test (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act applies)
- Use the platform for unsolicited offensive security against third parties
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code or models
- Abuse the AI agent to generate malware, exploit kits or phishing content
- Resell the service without a written reseller agreement
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas or billing controls
- Use the service to violate any law, including export controls (OFAC, EU dual-use)
Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate suspension. Severe or repeated violations result in account termination without refund and possible referral to law enforcement.
